Telekinesis: Perspective, How-To, and Ect.

If you can do, have heard of, or perhaps want to learn telekinesis or other abilities, chances are, you've found my blog on accident or while pouring over research. If you found my blog for any other reason, well, I wonder what you were looking up.

I don't believe any "gift" cannot be learned but some people are born with some gifts naturally and come into them naturally while others learn theirs.

Telekinesis is considered a "hard" ability to learn. Nothing is ever truly hard unless we consider it so, however. It's not like the movies portray, well, unless you master it over many years and strengthen it beyond simplicity. It is often things like sliding pencils or cups closer to you when they're just out reach, perhaps stirring your cup of coffee while writing, or maybe even something as simple as showing your kids a neat thing so you may give them perspective on reality. (Side note: I've found kids learn gifts a lot easier than older humans.)

Telekinesis can actually become boring while you are learning, but it is your will power that aids you most in learning any gift. I originally moved my first object, a marble about an inch and a half tall and wide, five inches across my carpet by simply seeing it's energy field, feeling it with my hand, and projecting my thought, my energy, outwards in the direction that it moved. Telekinesis is not as difficult as one would think and not as complicated as I have previously made it sound.

When you focus on people, animals, or objects and you look for, say, roughly three minutes or longer, you start to notice a halo or aura surrounding them. Its usually silver or white at first but if you look longer, you can see the colors that make up their energy. However, I suggest only looking for the silver/white energy. Sometimes, when moving objects, that aura turns blue. It does depending on one's view of the world.

I also find by feeling the actual space around and meditating on that sensation as well as the sensation of sensation and the sensation of intention, that one can also develop better tools for mastering and learning telekinesis. It is by feeling the energy, projecting your intention, and mentally moving said object and that object's energy that one actually moves that object with telekinesis. Oh, and be careful with manipulating energy fields. You don't want to accidentally manipulate the wrong energetic quanta and end up teleporting something, unable to get it back.

To meditate on the sensation of sensation is that instead of focusing on the surrounding space around with your eyes closed, you instead focus on what you feel around you in a different way. You focus on the feeling of space and the energy around you, and in you, and not just the sensation of energetic perspective.

To meditate on the sensation of intention, you may want to move around a little. As you move, focus on that moment when you tell your body to do something, whether it be touch something or else. When doing so, as you touch said object or do such-ever thing, you would benefit if you cranked up your senses a little and really experienced whatever it was you are touching or about to touch or do.

It is the sensation of intention that helps you most with telekinesis.

Doing telekinesis feels like trying to remember something you've forgot or like an odd sensation on the back of the head. Sometimes, it is a tingly sensation in the hands and other times, it is heat felt in the hands. I feel heat when moving small objects like feathers and leaves and such, though I theorize that is because I am moving the electromagnetic field or signature but enough of my nonsensical theories, onward.

To move an object, one must really focus on the object itself. Your eyes may wander a little to the side but that is okay. Do not focus, at first, on directing the objects course but on just getting the object to move. It may take time so start small like a marble or those wheel thingies you see on the internet. Eventually, you will see the light around the object. Do not get distracted when you feel the sensations of telekinesis, just focus with what you originally were doing or focus purely on the sensation of movement in space of said object being moved. It helps to sometimes reflect after telekinetic sessions.

As I learn more, I will write more but this is my horribly written and horrendously put guide. I wish you luck if you actually choose to read this and use this guide. I may come back and edit this as well. I will also be doing guides like this for other gifts and skills and abilities as well as for witchcraft and odd ends and lessons when the mood hits me. (That last run on sentence hurt me but it's good as is.)
